4. Describe raiding in 3 sentences as if you were explaining what we do to an 8 year old. (Or Cobler)
Three sentences...crap thats one already. I would describe it as working together as a collective group to take down challenging bosses with different mechanics.
5. Raid times are from 6:30pm server time to 11:00 pm, but may run later than that. Can you consistently attend >75% of our raids? (READ "What Incarnate is looking for" BEFORE ANSWERING THIS QUESTION!)

6. What guilds were you in previously? What kind of guild were they? Why did you decide to leave?
Disciples of Discordia. A casual raiding group, had one core 10m working on LK and two 25's per week. They were very casual, and raids didnt always happen.
I left for two reason: The guild leader stepped down because he broke up with his gf and there was little to no orginization afterwards, and I put alot of time into my character and messing around with stats to achive the best results...during raids I would see bad gems / enchants on people that would make me feel like I was wasting my time.

11/12 Normal 10m, 7/12 HM 10m
7/12 Normal 25m, only have lootship on heroic for 25.

Engineering and Mining are both at 450.

Down some bosses, be part of a good group, and make some friends.
10. What do you bring to Incarnate?
Discipline priests are kind of overlooked because most people use the damage meter recount. PW:S is an awesome buffer that many other healing classes can't compare with. It increases the EH of anyone from tanks to dps and can be used as an emergency to stop incoming damage. With other healers, the closest you can get is mitigation (besides holy pallys). I've taken a lot of time to research my class and spec. The same goes for shadow with the utility it has.

Yes, and yes.
12. Do you have experience in PvP? Do you PvP often?
Some. I'm in a 2's and 3's team right now, nothing too crazy, ~ 1400.
13. What advantages and disadvantages do you think your class and spec have:
Advantages: Awesome mana regen. PW:S. Pain Suppression and Power Infusion are awesome tools. Divine hymn and Hymn of hope are amazing in a pinch.
Disadvantages: Squishy. No cleanse poison or cleanse curse. Hate having to roll against DPS for gear that doesnt have hit on it.

Even if its only for the 25 run on Sunday at first, thats more than fine with me. I was also an officer in DoD and led raids from weeklys to onys to ICCs.I also have a paladin (~5400 gs, ret/prot) that is looking for a home.
15. Do you read about a boss fight before you get in a raid that's about to attempt it?
Of course. WowWiki for reading, youtube the boss fights. Whats the point in going into a raid if you're not prepared...wasting people's time.
